Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information when you use our service.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve our service and understand how visitors use our website. By continuing to use our service, you consent to our use of cookies as described below. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality of our service.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics (tracking ID: G-XND39EL6HJ) to help us understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as your device type, browser, general location (city/country), and pages visited. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can learn more about how Google uses data here, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads: We use Google Ads (tracking ID: AW-17253258635) to advertise our service and measure advertising effectiveness. This includes conversion tracking when you visit our homepage or click "Get Started" buttons, and e-commerce tracking when you complete a purchase. Google may set cookies in your browser for these purposes. You can control ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings.
- Technical Analytics: We collect technical information about your device and browser to improve our service, including device type (mobile/desktop), operating system, browser type, and whether you used our camera feature or uploaded a file. This helps us optimize the user experience and troubleshoot technical issues. This data is not personally identifiable.
- Session Tracking: We track user sessions to understand how visitors interact with our service and improve the user experience. This includes session identifiers and attempt counts, which help us analyze user journeys and optimize our guidance features. Session data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Performance Analytics: We analyze aggregate usage patterns, compliance rates, and technical performance metrics to improve our service quality. This includes processing metadata and compliance analysis results, which are used solely for service improvement purposes.
- Geographic Information: We collect geographic information (city, region, country, ISP) based on your IP address using professional geolocation services to understand our user base and optimize service delivery. This helps us improve our service for different regions and detect potential fraud. This information is used only in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Your Photos and Personal Information
- No Sharing or Selling of Personal Information: We do not share or sell your personal information or uploaded images to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with service providers (like Google Analytics) to operate and improve our service, but these providers are contractually required to protect your data.
- Image Storage and Retention: Your uploaded images are stored securely on our servers located in the United States. Images are retained for a maximum of 7 days, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems. During this period, our engineers may review images solely for quality control purposes to ensure the best possible service.
- Transaction ID Storage: We store transaction IDs in your browser's localStorage to facilitate the display of your photos in the "My Photos" section. These IDs are retained for a maximum of 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time to remove this data.
- Secure Communications: All data transmitted between you and our service is protected by HTTPS encryption, ensuring your information remains private and secure.
